Analysis: Claiborne has flashed dominance the past three years and possesses the physical build and the tools to start at the next level. He's a prospect who's gotten by on natural ability yet must show he's willing to do the little things necessary to make football a priority.

Negative: Does too much leaning on opponents and rarely finishes blocks. Ineffective with his hands and displays marginal strength. Played left tackle yet does not possess the footwork necessary to block the edge. Slow if asked to kick out or pull and shows no skill in motion.
Analysis: Franklin is a size prospect who has been productive on the college level but has not been the consistent force many thought possible. His technique is still rough around the edges, but his size alone gives him good upside. He's likely to be over-drafted and may take a while to develop.

Position: G
Bio: Four-year starter used at both left and right tackle.
Positive: Athletic, weak side offensive lineman who displays ability in space. Blocks with a wide base, stays square, and controls opponents once engaged at the point of attack. Shows skill blocking in motion, can adjust to linebackers and hit a moving target. Gets his hands into opponents, correctly places them, and has adequate strength at the point of attack. Makes good use of body positioning to seal opponents from the action.
Negative: Lacks dominant strength in his base and cannot finish blocks. Average footwork sliding out off the edge. Overextends into blocks and lacks balance.
Analysis: Lamphear was productive and durable on the college level, playing a number of offensive line positions. He has the underlying skills to be a backup guard in the NFL if he improves his run blocking strength while also keeping his agile style.

DeMarcus Love
School: Arkansas
Position: G
Bio: Three-year starter who's lined up at both tackle positions as well as guard. All-Conference selection as a senior.
Positive: Adequate college lineman whose next level ability is overrated in many circles. Strong at the point, stays square, and works to finish blocks. Adequately adjusts to defenders, keeps his feet moving, and flashes ability in motion. Fights with his hands, controls opponents at the point of attack, and keeps his head on a swivel.
Negative: Gets tall as the play proceeds. Must improve his blocking balance. Does not get much movement run blocking. Lacks top footwork off the edge.
Analysis: Coming into the season, Love was rated as one of the better tackle prospects in the senior class, but his play last season was unspectacular and his performance during the Senior Bowl was poor. He lacks the fundamentals and balance to stay at the tackle position and must improve his overall game to ever break into a starting line-up in the NFL.

Negative: Bends at the waist and overextends into defenders, which adversely affects his ability to finish blocks. Gets tall at times. Stiff and minimally effective blocking in motion.
Analysis: Madison has an NFL build and the strength to be used in a power running offense. He must improve his flexibility but is a practice squad player who could make a two deep for an NFL team.

Keeps his feet moving throughout the play, blocks down on opponents well, and shows terrific punch with his hands.
Negative: Lumbers about the field and ineffective in motion. Not a natural knee bender and gets tall as the play proceeds.

Negative: Lacks bulk and strength and does not get much movement as a run blocker. Gets a bit tall out of his stance and is ineffective blocking in motion.

Negative: Gets tall in his stance as the play proceeds. Lacks footwork in pass protection and can be exploited by speed rushers. Struggles to adjust and does not display great agility.

Keeps his head on a swivel and plays with a good degree of awareness. Quick off the snap and blocks down well on opponents.
Negative: Must improve his overall strength at the point. Lacks footwork in space. On the ground too much and must improve his balance.
Analysis: Watt is a well sized blocking prospect who showed flashes the past two seasons yet is still very raw in his overall game. He has enough skill to be placed on a practice squad but would be better off moving from his college position of tackle inside to guard.

Corey Woods
School: Akron
Position: G
Bio: Four-year starter at Akron who E(TM)s been used at both left and right tackle.
Positive: Durable and productive college blocker with minimal upside for the next level. Displays a strong base, keeps his feet moving, and controls defenders once engaged at the point. Negative: Lacks footwork sliding out to protect the edge and is exploited by speed rushers. Struggles to adjust and is stiff.
Analysis: Woods has done terrific job since stepping on the field as a freshman at Akron, but he has minimal upside for the next level. Possessing guard size, he lacks the footwork to be used on the blind side and the pure run blocking strength to play on the strong side. The versatility to be used at several offensive line positions will give him a chance to make a roster as an inexpensive backup.
