Bio: Part-time starter the past three seasons lining up at both fullback and tight end. Senior receiving totals included 15/147/3 after 14/78/1 as a junior. Carried the ball just 10 times the past two seasons.
Positive: Hardworking lead blocker with poor size/speed numbers. Fires off the snap, displays excellent vision, and gives effort blocking. Keeps his head on a swivel, displays good awareness, and breaks down well, blocking with leverage. Squares into defenders and removes them from the action. Solid receiver who nicely adjusts to the errant throw and looks the ball into his hands. Consistently finds the open spot in the defense and comes back to the ball to make himself an available target.
Negative: Marginal strength at the point of attack. Not a true finisher as a lead blocker. Marginal quickness and speed in his game.
Analysis: DiMarco was a serviceable player on the college level who was productive in several aspects of the game. He lacks the athleticism to be anything other than a backup in the NFL and must make his mark on special teams.
