Xzavier Stewart

School: Illinois State
Position: DT
Bio: Kansas State transfer who played in 11 games as a junior in 2009, totaling 19/3.5/2. Played four games in 2010, finishing with 14 tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss before being dismissed from the program for conduct detrimental to the team.
Positive: Explosive interior line prospect with good size. Plays with leverage and is very quick with his hands. Rarely off his feet, shows terrific balance, and changes directions fluidly. Moves well for big man, quickly getting out to the flanks to chase the action. Displays a terrific first step to the play and fires off the snap.
Negative: Does not play to his size and can be driven off the line or easily controlled by a single blocker. Has played minimal football the past three years.
Analysis: Stewart passes the eyeball test as an athletic big man who makes plays sideline to sideline. However, he has a minimal body of work in large part due to his own fault and will struggle getting out of camp this summer.
