Ladi Ajiboye

School: South Carolina
Position: DT
Bio: Four-year starter who finished with 41/5/2 as a senior after putting up 45 tackles with four tackles for loss as a junior.
Positive: Small but explosive defensive lineman who's best as a one-gap penetrator. Breaks down well, plays with good pad level, and fires off the snap with a good first step. Keeps his feet driving up the field, focused on by opponents in the middle of the line, and works his hands. Fluid changing direction, displays good movement skills, and has terrific all-around quickness. Fights hard throughout the action and chases to get involved in the play.
Negative: Undersized, handled by ordinary opponents, and cannot shed blocks. Possesses more of a short burst of speed and ineffective in pursuit.
Analysis: Ajiboye was a terrific college defender but has size and athletic limitations. His playing style and competitiveness could help him find a home as a backup tackle in a one-gap defense.
