Bio: Four-year starter awarded all-Conference honors as a senior with 51/2/4. Junior numbers included 32/1/2. Posted career numbers of 53/7/2 as a freshman.
Positive: Small yet productive cover corner who displayed flashes of dominance in the past. Fluid opening his hips in transition, quickly locates the pass in the air, and moves well to the ball. Fights hard to defend the throw and quickly comes up the field in run defense. Experienced punt returner.
Negative: Prefers to side shuffle down the field. Stiff peddling in reverse.
Analysis: Polo ranked as one of the better cornerbacks in the nation after what was a tremendous freshman season, but he has since struggled to improve his play. He's a potential dime back at the next level if he produces on special teams this summer.
