Qier Hall

School: Florida A&M
Position: CB
Bio: Two-year starter awarded all-Conference honors as a senior after leading the team in tackles with 59/1/8. Junior totals included 42/3/6.
Positive: Solid small school defensive back that can play special teams. Has good size and defends the run well. Quick up the field, plays with aggressiveness, and lays a pad into ball carriers. Adequate cover skills, reads receivers' eyes, and gets his head back around to locate the pass in the air.
Negative: Not a reliable tackler. Usually a half step late in coverage.
Analysis: Hall is an underrated cornerback who will be downgraded because of his poor forty time. Offers potential as a dime back but primary responsibility will be on special teams.
