Bio: Two-year starter who finished with 46/2/8 as a senior after putting up junior totals of 53/1/7.
Positive: Skilled cornerback who is best in a zone system. Fluid moving in reverse, smooth turning his hips, and displays the ability to burst to the ball. Stays with receivers out of breaks, possesses a closing burst of speed and fights hard to defend the throw.
Negative: Not a strong cornerback and can be overmatched by opponents. Struggles staying downfield with opponents and lacks great deep speed.
Analysis: Randall has done a terrific job the past two years as a starter at the Utah State. He has enough ability to make it as a dime back in the NFL.
