Roberto Wallace

School: San Diego State
Position: WR
Bio: Two-year starter who posted career numbers of 36/463/3 as a senior after 31/401/1 the prior year.
Positive: Nice-sized possession wide out who never took his game to another level. Extends his hands, shows good focus as well as concentration and makes the difficult catch in a crowd. Offers the quarterback a big target and displays the ability to snatch the ball from the air. Comes back to the ball, uses his frame to shield away opponents.
Negative: Poor route runner who displays choppy footwork and slows into breaks. Possesses a limited burst in his running. Does too much double catching or letting the past get inside him.
Analysis: Wallace possesses enticing size/speed numbers and has shown flashes of ability the past two seasons, yet he lacks a complete game and will need a lot of work before he's NFL ready. Possesses an upside and is worth developing for the long-term.
