Jeremy Horne

School: Massachusetts
Position: WR
Bio: Former Syracuse receiver who started for UMass the past two seasons. Senior totals included 23/302 after 50/895/8 as a junior.
Positive: Well-sized receiver best in the underneath coverage. Effectively uses his frame to shield away opponents, gets up in a crowd, and makes the difficult reception. Effective when he extends his hands to make catch away from his frame. Shows ability blocking downfield.
Negative: Lacks deep speed and the ability to get separation downfield. Tends to round off routes. Does not possess naturally soft hands.
Analysis: Horne is a well-sized receiver who has flashed ability to past two years. After a solid junior season, he was not able to capitalize last year because of injury. He does possess upside to his game yet he must quickly pulled the pieces together in camp for any opportunity to have a career in the NFL.
