Adam Ulatoski

School: Texas
Position: T
Bio: Four-year starter experienced at left and right tackle. Awarded varying degrees of All-Conference and All-American honors since his freshman season.
Positive: Hard-working college tackle with limited upside potential. Keeps his feet moving throughout the action, quickly gets his hands up and controls defenders once engaged the point of attack. Anchors in pass protection, seals opponents from plays with good body positioning, and large enough to engulf defenders. Effectively uses blocking angles and fundamentally sound.
Negative: Lumbering lineman who displays no skill in motion. Cannot redirect to hit a moving target, lacks footwork sliding laterally, and struggles to adjust to oncoming blitzes. Exploited by speed rushers.
Analysis: Ulatoski was very productive for Texas, holding down starting the duties at both tackle positions, yet is a poor athlete and will struggle to find a home as a starter in the NFL. His size is enticing, as is his experience and durability, and all three could help him secure a spot as a backup.
