Lucien Antoine

School: Oklahoma State
Position: S
Bio: Junior college transfer who finished with 65/2/2 as a senior. Played in two games the prior year and totaled one tackle before suffering a knee injury that ended his season.
Positive: Tough run-defending safety whose game is on the rise. Quick up the field, flies around the action, and sacrifices his body to stop the ball-carrier. Displays above- average range to the sidelines, a nice burst to the ball out and plays heads-up football. Fights hard to get off blocks and make plays. Attacks the action.
Negative: Must do a better job using his hands to protect himself. Average ball skills and rarely placed in man-coverage situations.
Analysis: Antoine comes off a successful senior campaign and has positioned himself as a middle-round choice after not receiving a draftable grade before the year began. He's a solid prospect for a zone system and offers a good degree of upside.
