Justin Anderson

School: Northern Illinois
Position: RB
Bio: Former starter awarded All-Conference honors as a sophomore when he totaled 274/1245/8. Senior totals included just 23/151 on the ground.
Positive: Big, strong interior runner who previously displayed the ability to take over games. Powerful on the inside, finds the running lanes and shows a burst. Keeps his feet moving up the field, breaks tackles, and picks up a lot of yardage off initial contact.
Negative: Not a creative runner who makes defenders miss or has the ability to turn the corner. Fell out of favor with the new coaching staff and has seen minimal playing time recently.
Analysis: Anderson showed flashes of big-time ability as a sophomore yet has been buried on the depth chart recently. Should be given an opportunity in camp this summer, and if he is able to revert to form, he could find a way onto a squad as a teams third back.
