Reggie Stephens

School: Iowa State
Position: G
Bio: Full-time starter the past three seasons at both left and right guard as well a center.
Positive: Wide-bodied interior lineman that's been durable and versatile throughout his college career. Quickly gets into blocks, strong at the point and turns defenders off the line. Plays with a nasty attitude, gets his hands into defenders, and jolts them with good punch. Flashes ability in motion and uses his large frame to seal defenders from the action. Stout and anchors in pass protection.
Negative: Not a natural knee bender and rarely blocks with leverage. Does not display footwork in space. More of an arm wrestler and must improve his balance.
Analysis: Stephens is an underrated interior blocking prospect who's shown a lot of flashes on the college level. He's a wide-bodied lineman with above-average athleticism and could easily back up in a number of different systems at the next level.
