Marcus Sims

School: North Alabama
Position: FB
Bio: Former Florida State Seminole who's played with the first team since his junior season. Totals last year included 80/325/11 on the ground.
Positive: Physically talented lead blocker who flashed ability throughout his college career. Aggressive, always looking for someone to hit and stays with assignments. Shows good vision as a pass blocker, run blocker, or carrying the ball. Fluid moving about the field. Effectively adjusts to oncoming defenders and knocks them from their angle of attack.
Negative: Struggled with fumbles at Florida State. Not a big dominant lead blocker who finishes blocks.
Analysis: Sims is a prospect who showed ability throughout his college career yet never put together a complete game. He's a solid athlete who could make it as a number two fullback for a West Coast offense in part because of his ability to produce handling the ball.
