Justin Mincey

School: Florida State
Position: DE
Bio: Senior totals included just four tackles after a knee injury limited him to five games. Started four games at nose tackle as a junior and finished the year with 9/4.5/1.
Positive: Adequately sized defensive lineman who plays with a nice degree of athleticism. Fluid change of direction, collapses down the line of scrimmage and gets out laterally to make plays to the sidelines. Quick off the snap, displays good hand technique throughout the action and works hard to make plays.
Negative: Handled at the point by a single blocker. Lacks balance. Marginally productive throughout his Florida State career.
Analysis: Mincey is a size/speed guy with a large degree of upside potential, yet he is an undeveloped football player who really must improve his game.
