Brandon Ghee

School: Wake Forest
Position: CB
Bio: Three-year starter who totaled 56 tackles and broke up eight passes as a senior after junior totals of 35/1/7.
Positive: Well-sized, athletic cornerback who displayed flashes of brilliance in college. Physical in his all-around game, fights with receivers throughout the route, and quickly comes up the field to defend running plays or screens. Fast, easily stays downfield with receivers, and displays a nice move to the ball. Fights hard to defend throws, wraps up tackling, and brings opponents down on initial contact. Displays a nice sense of timing and anticipation as well as a quick break to the throw out of his plant.
Negative: Slow to react and shows marginal instincts. Does tend to bite on receivers
Analysis: Ghee made an immediate impact the minute he stepped on the field for Wake Forest in 2007, yet he has watched his game level off the past two years. He possesses the size, speed, and underlying ball skills to be a solid second cornerback at the next level, yet he must get his game back on track quickly.
