I think you may be the only one to feel that way along with his immediate family. He's not bad but he's well behind t rich, doug martin and david wilson. They are 3 complete backs.

I'm not giving up on Powell. I think he could work out. But in the limited opportunities that we got to watch him, he looked weak. Hopefully he'll improve from a full NFL off-season strength training program.

Turbin may have his weaknesses, but lack of strength wont be one of them.

And he is NOT a Greene clone. Turbin is fast, 4.50 40 fast(official combine time). Some project him running as low as 4.44. Thats at 5-10 weighing 222 lbs. The best 40 time that I could find for Greene was 4.63, huge difference.

WHat was Powells time. Dont forget Turbin has durability issues.

^^^ Turbin looks frighteningly top-heavy in that picture. Sure, it's great to have guns, but he certainly does not have tree trunk legs. For a RB, I think leg strength is wayyyy more important, especially for a power runner

From another website " In his campus agility tests, Powell ran a 4.52 40-yard dash, completed a 32-inch vertical, and benched 225 pounds 19 times."

his running instincts are also average, ala Shonn Greene and the Jordan kid a few years ago...its not "see the hole and go" rather "look....look....think...think...decide....run "
