Less than two days after landing home from attending the combine in Indianapolis, pro-days have begun in earnest, the first one in south Florida where Florida Atlantic seniors performed in front of scouts.  Here are the results.

Tight end Rob Housler, who was terrific last Saturday in Indianapolis, stood on all his combine marks.

Receiver Lester Jean ran his first forty in a time of 4.53 seconds while his second was clocked in 4.72 seconds.  There was a big disparity in almost everyone’s second forty time due to heavy winds; after the ten-yard mark on his second attempt as his 10-splits were 1.62/1.63 respectively while his 20-splits were 2.66/2.75.

Cornerback Tavious Polo clocked 4.60/4.78 in his runnings.  His other marks were poor as Polo had a best broad jump of 9’1” and vertical jump of just 9.5-inches.

Linebacker Michael Lockley posted solid numbers with times of 4.62/4.68 after weighing in at 237-pounds.  His vertical jump was 38.5-inches and best broad jump touched 10′ 9”.

Teams in attendance included Buffalo Bills, Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars, Miami Dolphins, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants, Oakland Raiders, Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tennessee Titans.
